Classes & Groups

Vertical Introduction Class

Learn the fundamentals to climb indoors: fitting the harness, knot tying, and proper belay technique. This class is a prerequisite for top roping in our facility. The 2 hour class includes equipment and a one week membership (gear not included during free week). Ages 12 and up.

Birthday Parties

• $16.00 per climber
• Minimum 4 climbers
($32.00 non-refundable deposit required to hold your spot. Harnesses included and one belayer per 5 climbers.)

Yoga

Yoga Flow

Our Yoga Flow class, taught by Mrs. Becca Braun, is scheduled every Monday.

Women's Night is suited for the ladies interested in climbing with other ladies. The Women's night begins at 5pm until 10pm. We want to accommodate you to the best of our ability. Come climb at sweet discounted prices. Women only Vertical Introduction from 6pm-8pm. [Women only Vertical Introduction has been postponed until further notice]

Youth Programs

Spider Monkey Climbing Club

The Spider Monkey Climbing Club is a fun way for children ages 4-10 to enjoy Indoor Rock Climbing! Classes are every Monday and Wednesday 5:00-7:00-PM.

Please call to register your child for class. Maximum 10 kids per class.

Climbing Club

The Climbing Club is designed for kids interested in bettering their skills as climbers. The focus is learning to climb better and stronger, while having fun. The Club is Wednesday and Sunday 6:00PM-8:00PM.
